Exchange and Return Policy
You can return or exchange your products within 7 days of receiving them from our store if you change your mind or are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at hanzboutique00@gmail.com.
Or you can return and exchange them at our physical store.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Deposit Policy
- A deposit may be required for orders exceeding 3,500 EGP.
- A deposit may also be requested from customers who previously placed an order but did not reply to receive it from the shipping company, or didn't pay the shipping fees.
